ALL FRONTALS AND WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF ATLEAST A DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR LACE DROPPED OFF THEN YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A $10 CONVENIENCE FEE.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ! ( No exceptions ) you must cancel / reschedule at your earliest convenience. If you have an emergency & need to rebook you must do so within 12hrs from your missed appointment. Another deposit will be due & can possibly be deducted from total cost. I will not refund any payments. SUNDAY & MONDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $30 EXTRA . Thank you
